    You are required to pay £300 (£400 if you are an international student).

    1. The £200 deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
    2. The £80 (£180 if you are an international student) rent in advance will be deducted from the last payment of your rent.
    3. The £20 is a Deposit Protection Fee which is charged by the third party company.

    You can pay your rent via online banking.

    You are responsible for any guests that you have staying with you and are liable if they cause any problems. But of course, friends and family are always welcome at Beehieve.

    All our properties are non-smoking throughout. There are usually outside areas for you to smoke with ashtrays provided.

    We do not allow any pets at Beehive. We are not built to take animals and its not fair on them. Please leave your pets at home, they will look forward to seeing you when your back!
