Booking Deposit:
A £200 to 400 deposit is required at the time of booking.(Depends on the property)
This deposit will be refundable at the end of the tenency.
Guarantor:
A valid UK-based guarantor is required if you wish to pay in installments.
Installment Plan:
If the tenant is able to provide a Guarantor they have the option to pay: Monthly, Installments or upfront.
If no Guarantor is present they can pay in one payment upfront before moving-in or in two instalments, half the rent at the start and half the rent mid-tenancy.

Credit card, Debit card & Bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is not refundable if the property has been unlisted or a contract has been sent out. Once a contract is signed and the tenant would like to drop out they have to find a replacement tenant to take over the contract. We also offer re-advertising cost of £99+VAT but that does not guarantee a tenant will be found.
No Visa No Pay
Tenants must have their visas approved before attempting to book a property. If they would still like to book a property and sign the contract the same cancellation policy is in place.
No Place No Pay
Tenants will be provided alternative options at similar/same price points. If they are not happy they will be able to cancel the booking. This is very unlikely to happen and there have been no cases.
Replacement Policy
Any tenant referred as a replacement tenant must be able to complete the preset payment plan in place. Any replacement tenant must be approved by Lancaster Student Lettings with reasonable cause for denial.
