Available only for registered students, from 01/08/2025. The period of the rental agreement is flexible and negotiable, up to maximum the lengt of the academical year. This modern furnished studio from 2008 is located in Hove, a quiet, rural village, south of Antwerp (10km) and is easily accessible by public transport. In the village there is a bakery, supermarket and butcher within walking distance. The studio is a 5-minute walk from Hove train station, with regular connections to Antwerp, Mechelen, Brussels and Brussels Airport. The village also has several bus connections to Mortsel, Lier, Berchem, among others. Antwerp University Hospital (4.4 km), campus UA Drie Eiken (5.4 km), campus Groenenborger (5.5 km) and University of Antwerp center (10 km) are easily accessible by bicycle via cycle paths. Access to the studio on the 2nd floor is via a private independent entrance and private staircase. The spacious studio (60m2) is bright as three facades are equipped with large windows. The windows are fitted with high-efficiency glazing and the studio is well insulated. The interior is cozy with modern furniture (sitting, dining and sleeping area) and many handy cupboards and wardrobe. The bed and mattress (1.4 x 2m) are new. The sitting area has a 2-seater sofa and an armchair, with 2 coffee tables, and cozy lighting. The lighting of the studio is dimmable in different zones. The kitchen is well equipped with recent appliances, including a large refrigerator with spacious freezer, dishwasher, combi micro-oven, 4-burner gas stove. The necessary pots, pans, plates and cutlery are available. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a spacious shower, a double sink and several cupboards. There is also a recent washing machine and dryer. The studio is heated with independent gas central heating. The meters for the mains, electricity, gas and water are also completely independent for the studio. There is also WIFI and mobile air conditioning available in the studio. On the terrace you have a nice view of the quiet surroundings.
