Payments

Deposit: €250 within 5 working days from receiving offer (refundable if cancellation before the 31st of May).
Remaining €550 between 1st and 30th of June (refundable if not accepted by any Uni in the city). If booking after June, only 1 deposit of  €800 required. 
                                                                                                                                                                     
1st August – payment of the RENT GUARANTEE (1 month to be paid by bank transfer or credit card for ANNUAL payments or by direct debits for monthly payments , that will be used for the last monthly payment). 

Rest of the payments monthly by direct debit.
One full payment ANNUAL by bank transfer  (discount 5%)  or monthly by direct debit.
Installment Plan: Monthly, Full payment with 5% Discount
Guarantor: Spain based guarantor required.
Mode of Payment: Credit/Debit Card or online payment.

House Policies

Cancellation Policy

12.1 The Resident may terminate this Contract in advance, prior written communication to the Residence.

In the event that the cancellation occurs after the start of the Duration of Stay period, it must be communicated with a minimum period of fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the new departure date.

Early termination of the Contract by the Resident without any of the justification reasons provided for in clause 18 of this Contract will give rise to the following penalties:

  • If the cancellation of the Contract occurs between September 1 and January 16 of the Stay Period, the Resident must pay the full Price corresponding to the period remaining until the aforementioned January 16 is reached.
  • If the cancellation of the Contract occurs between January 17 and the initially agreed Departure date, the Resident must pay the full Price corresponding to the period remaining until the aforementioned Departure date is reached.

In any case and except as stated in the following clause 12.2, the early cancellation of the Contract after the start of its validity, regardless of the Duration of Stay dates, will not in any case imply the return of any of the amounts paid in concept of Deposit and/or Registration.

In the event that the total advance payment provided for in clause 5.a) has been made and with a view to the return of the amount corresponding to the rents of the months to pass until the end of the Duration of the Stay, any discount applied by This reason will be canceled and the amount of the Contract must be recalculated retroactively, deducting from the refund to be applied the amounts not paid in the previous months due to the application of the aforementioned discount.

12.2. Without prejudice to what is established in the previous clause, a Justified Early Resolution will be understood as one in which it is justified that:

a) the Resident has enrolled for the academic year in question at a center located outside the province in which the Residence is located and always before the date of entry into the Residence, and must provide an official registration document issued by said center .

b) there is a medical justification related to the health of the student and/or relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity,

c) there is any other documented reason, which in the opinion of the management of the Residence, at its sole discretion, considers justified.

Justified Early Cancellation will under no circumstances imply a refund of the amount paid for Registration.

Justified Early Cancellation will mean the return of the Deposit, provided that no deductions should be applied for debts related to the monthly rent, loaned material or damages to the room and/or facilities.

Likewise, the Resident will be obliged to pay the full rent for the month in which the cancellation occurs.

12.3 In the event that either Party finds another student who occupies the place for the same period that the Resident wishes to cancel, the Resident who cancels this Contract will only be obliged to pay the price of the stay agreed in the Particular Conditions until the day prior to the day of entry of the new resident, without prejudice to the provisions, where applicable, in accordance with the previous sections, regarding the non-refund of the amounts paid for Registration, Reservation and Deposit.

Overnight guests are strictly controlled. You have to ask for permission and wait for the confirmation from the management. You should plan in advance for this.

CAN I PARK IN THE RESIDENCE?

Yes and the garage has a reduced price for residents.

CAN I BRING PETS?

Even though we love animals, no.
