DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request): - Tenant's Passport/NIE/DNI. -Only for students: Acceptance letter or university enrolment and employment contract along with the last three payslips of your guarantor (must be taxed in a member country of the European Community). - Only for employees: Copy of the employment contract and the last three payslips, which must be equal to or greater than €1,500 per month (or pay the full amount of the stay at the time of check-in). - Only for self-employed individuals: Copy of the company's incorporation document and the last income tax return. ? If any of these documents cannot be provided, the reservation will be canceled and the tenant will lose the first month's rent. ?
