Looking for a roommate for a super-modern, Scandinavian-designed apartment in Valencia. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished—you only need to bring your suitcase! It’s ideal for professionals, language students, or students who speak English (fluency in English is a must for living together).
The apartment features state-of-the-art amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, high-speed fiber internet, and a smart TV. It’s one of the most premium shared living spaces in the Ruzafa area. Cleanliness and respect for the shared spaces are highly valued. The rent includes all costs—cleaning service, utilities, electricity, and other fees.
The minimum stay is one month, with an initial maximum of three months. Applicants should introduce themselves briefly and provide links to social media if available. Preference is given to those who can visit in person before moving in. However, remote applications are welcome, though they will be considered with lower priority.
