Wonderful and bright penthouse located in the heart of Madrid, just above the famous Churrería de San Ginés, very close to La Plaza Mayor, La Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by the Metro. It has capacity for two people and is perfect for couples or business trips. The Penthouse is newly renovated and is very modern. It has 30m2 divided into a fully equipped American kitchen, next to a beautiful living room with a sofa, television and high-speed Wi-Fi. It has a complete, independent bathroom with a shower and in the upper area a bedroom with a double bed. It also has AC, heating, bed linen and towels. It is on the fifth floor without an elevator, and is a duplex, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
