With a total of 22 rooms, the building provides a comfortable living arrangement. There are full bathrooms available for shared use, while certain rooms have private bathrooms. The first, second and third floors all have 6 rooms per floor, while the fourth has 4. Additionally, the apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen office, complete with electrical appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. All essential kitchenware is provided, along with designated laundry and storage areas. ???? Booking in summer (June, July or August) minimum stay is 1 month. Rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months. All rooms Included Weekly cleaning of common areas and Fortnightly ( it is not weekly) cleaning the room and change the sheets (included but optional). ???? ?
