Upon entering, we are welcomed by the spectacular and luminous living room, which is, without a doubt, the main feature of the property. It has 2 balconies with beautiful views over Zurbarán street and a large and elegant seating area. From here there is access to a second living room, used as a sitting room and TV room, which also has an exterior balcony. Leaving the living room, we find a corridor from where the rest of the rooms of the property are distributed. The first thing we find is a toilet, which gives service to possible guests and then we find the spacious dining room, which can accommodate up to 8 people. The dining room is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances, a variety of kitchenware and a comfortable and practical bar for quick and informal meals. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room and the service bedroom, equipped with a single bed, which has its own bathroom. The sleeping area is situated down the corridor, where the 3 double bedrooms are located. The first one is equipped with two single beds, while the second one has a double bed. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom, located at the end of the corridor, is equipped with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have plenty of storagespace thanks to the numerous built-in wardrobes. The location of this property is another of its great advantages, as it is in one of the best areas of Almagro, just a few minutes away from the Paseo de la Castellana and surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, health, and beauty centres. The Mercado de la Paz, just 6 minutes away, has everything you need for everyday shopping and the Salamanca district, with its exclusive shops and businesses, is just a short 5-minute walk away.
