We are welcomed by the entrance hall from which we can access on the right hand side to the spacious and complete kitchen. It has all kinds of large and small electrical appliances, a variety of kitchenware, a table for informal meals and an interior terrace, which overlooks the communal areas of the building. In front of the kitchen we find the social area, of generous dimensions, composed of the dining area, with capacity to comfortably seat 6 diners, a reading area and the living area. From here we can access the terrace, with views of the Glorieta de San Bernardo. ? The private area of the house is located on the opposite side, which facilitates tranquillity and relaxation.
