Incredible duplex located on one of the main streets of the Chamberí neighborhood, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, full of shops, bars, restaurants and leisure activities. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need to make your stay unique. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families or business trips. It has a parking space for medium-sized cars. In this 76 m2 duplex, maximum care has been taken in the decoration so that during your stay you feel at home. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette so you can cook your favorite dishes (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for resting after a day discovering the city, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and dining table. On the upper floor there is a room with a double bed of 190x150 cm and TV; another room with two single beds of 190x90 cm, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower; and another independent bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has: AC, heating, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, etc. It is located in the attic of the building and has an elevator, although there are some previous stairs so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
