It is a property with direct access from the street, which gives it great independence and comfort. A double door allows, on the one hand, to have more privacy and, on the other hand, to improve the thermal and acoustic insulation. The true protagonist of the property is its large iron staircase, which occupies the centre of the house and organizes the distribution of both floors. The common area is formed by the living room, the dining room and the modern kitchen fully equipped with large and small appliances. On this floor there is one of the bathrooms and the first of the three bedrooms, which has been equipped with two single beds that could be presented as a single double bed (180 x 200 cm). The beds are equipped with a chest under the mattress, which increase the storage space. The aforementioned staircase leads to the first floor where the other two bedrooms are located. The third bedroom has a doublebed (180 x 200 cm) made up of two single beds with additional storage space underneath the mattress. Opposite is the bathroom belonging to this last room. This area borders the prestigious Salamanca neighbourhood, with the advantage that it still retains its neighbourhood character, which facilitates day-to-day life without leaving it. Its location makes it ideal for students at the well-known IE Business School, IE University and EAE Business School, whose facilities are just a 15–20-minute walk away. The Prosperidad and Cruz del Rayo metro stations are just a few minutes away, as well as several bus stops, which run along the surrounding roads.
