Completely renovated and very cozy apartment in the heart of Madrid, next to Puerta del Sol. The apartment is newly renovated and every last detail has been taken care of in its design, it also has all the comforts you need and is perfectly equipped. The apartment is very bright, it has 5 beautiful balconies. It is located in the heart of the city, a few meters from Puerta de Sol and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city with public transport. The apartment has one bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 bed and a large closet, two balconies, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and bed linens and towels. The maximum occupancy is two people. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
