** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. ** This beautiful 3-bedroom duplex is located in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood, very close to the center of Madrid and the Retiro Park. The apartment has a separate entrance from the street that gives access to the lower floor of the apartment. On this floor we find a hall and a door whith access to the garage, since the apartment has a private parking for the exclusive use of our tenants. Going up the stairs we reach the main floor, where the 3 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom, very bright, has two single beds of 1.05 x 2 m, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, with double sink and shower. Next to this main bedroom we can find a living room with a sofa, armchairs and a television. Following down the hall, we find the second bedroom, which has two 0.90 x 2 m single beds, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 x 2 m and built-in wardrobes. Next to this bedroom we find the last bathroom, which has a bathtub. Behind the bedrooms we find the kitchen, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a worktop with two stools and a television. The kitchen also has access to a small patio. Finally, we find a spacious living room that has a dining area, with a table for 6 people, and a living area with two sofas, armchairs, a television and air conditioning. The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Madrid. It is also very close to the Retiro Park and the city center. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
