The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona. This charming 25m2 studio apartment is available for rent in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. The main room has a double bed and has both A/C and heating, and exposed-brick walls as well as a wardrobe with shelving. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and has a small electric stove, a microwave, and a dining table and chairs. This apartment does not have a washing machine as there is no space and there is no proper facility for its use, so you should go to the launderette which is a 5-minute walk away. There is a bakery and a tobacco shop close to the apartment, and Torrassa Metro station is just seconds away too.
