THE ROOM: This Coliving Suite is the biggest one of this Coliving Apartment. It is Room 1 in our Coliving Home. This suite with private bathroom is adapted for couples. It is a big, spacious and bright room with a big exterior window facing the street. This nice room for rent in the incredible Coliving Apartment in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat area gives you the privacy you need to have an incredible living experience. It has a big double bed with a comfortable mattress, two big closets to organise all your clothes and two spacious working areas. The room has central heating system for the colder nights of the winter. THE LIVING PLACE: It is a 3 room rental, super well equipped. We can find a completely equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, complete blender and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a double door fridge and a washing/dryer machine. This Coliving Apartment in Barcelona has AACC in the living room for everyone to use it. Also, it has central heating system in all the rooms. Besides the Living room, we can find the suite room of this apartment, very big and bright with natural light, adapted for couples and with a private bathroom. In the opposite site where the common areas are, we can find 2 single rooms to rent with a very spacious shared bathroom. ? YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas). Up to €90/month for 2 people - High-Speed Fiber Optic WiFi - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Welcome pack with two sets of bed linen and two sets of towels. - Maintenance service - Initial welcome pack with cleaning and hygienic products. - 24-hour telephone service for emergencies - Access to our community, activities, and events - Coworking station under demand ? REQUIREMENTS: + 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people. + The admin fee of 250€ is per person. + Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay. ? ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY ? If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ? If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. ? CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
