Spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday apartment located in the exclusive Benamara urbanization, within the Venalmar complex. It features a communal pool, landscaped gardens, and direct beach access just a few meters from the property. The apartment boasts a spacious and bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchair, pouf, Smart TV, and access to a large private south-facing terrace with a dining table for 6 and a chill-out area surrounded by greenery. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also includes a dining table for 6 guests and a guest toilet. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: One with two single beds (90x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and bathroom with shower. Another with two 105x200 cm beds, wardrobe, terrace access, and bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is very spacious, with two 105x200 cm beds, two walk-in closets, terrace access, and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. The property includes a private outdoor parking space right next to the entrance. The complex offers well-maintained gardens, a communal pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), and direct access to the beach. Set in a peaceful, nature-surrounded area, the apartment is just 5 minutes by car from shops and services, 10 minutes from Estepona, and 15 minutes from Marbella. A beachfront chiringuito is also just a short walk away. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
