Not only can you enjoy this vibrant area and its connections to the rest of the city, but you can come home to an apartment decorated with a youthful style. The apartment includes a shared dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. SERVICES: - Maintenance service included - If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month. - Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month. - Minimum stay: 1 month. GUESTS POLICY: - One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights. - Previous notification by email is required. - First 2 nights are for free. - After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night. - Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant.
