If this is not your style, you might just want to stay in the Barceloneta neighborhood itself, where you will be able to find many local bars and restaurants! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you. For your groceries we definitely recommend you to visit the local market, that you will find at the corner of the street! Besides this, you will be only a few steps away from the harbour and its boulevard with many restaurants! In the Barceloneta neighborhood itself, you will not get bored either. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. District: Barceloneta Nearest grocery store: 50 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 100 meters away Transportation: We recommend you to move around walking and using public transportation. However, If you rent a scooter, you will manage just perfect! Nearest Metro station: Barceloneta (L4) 350 meters away (hidden) airport: (hidden)'s airport is located 16.7 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Nearest Beach: (hidden)'s Beach is located at 500 meters from the building Nearest Ferry: (hidden)'s Port is at 1.4 Kilometers Comments: - Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons. BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH (hidden), THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through (hidden). - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash. - Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - Beach towels are not provided. - The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay. - PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, as well as making noise after 20h. - It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building.
