Location: My flat is just in front of the subway entrance El Coll-La Teixonera. Well communicated to go to the city center. 10 minutes from Gracia neighbourhood. You can walk to Parc Güell and also you have bus that takes you to the beach in 30 minutes. There are grossery close to buy vegetables, fruit and meet and 2 supermarkets just in the corner, very close to the flat. You will share the flat with me and two lovely cats. I am 40 years old women. I love travelling and I travel a lot. I teach dance, tai-chi and meditation classes. Wifi is included in the price. Gas, water and light bills, we share. You have a private bathroom for you and I have my private bathroom. There is also another bathroom for guests. The flat has another room I use as my study room where there is a single bed in case you have guests visiting they can stay at our home and sleep in that room. There is a big terrace too. I have planted tomatoes, rosemary (for cooking) and aloe vera and looking forward to have more plants. I live here since January this year. The flat has another room with white carpet which is for meditation or yoga practise. Let me know if you have any questions.
