Guest reception: Guests will be welcomed personally upon arrival in order to show the property and provide useful recommendations about beaches, restaurants and local attractions in Alicante. Standard check-in hours: 15:00 – 23:00 Late check-in: Available only upon prior request and subject to availability. Important information: The property is intended exclusively for temporary and residential stays. To complete the reservation, guests will be required to: • Sign a basic temporary rental agreement • Provide identification or passport for all guests • Pay a refundable security deposit of €1,000 The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided the property is returned in good condition and all house rules have been respected.
