Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and essential kitchenware. The apartment is designed with comfort in mind, featuring soundproof walls for a peaceful stay, along with a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the surroundings. To make exploring Porto even easier, both bicycle and car rental services are available through our company. Please Note: - Self check-in and personal check-in options available based on your preference. - Check-in/Check-out Details: Standard Check-in: From 17:00. Standard Check-out: Until 11:00. - Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon prior notice and subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: Personal check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional fee of €30. No extra charge for self check-ins after 22:00. The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75. If the tenant wishes to bring pets, weekly cleaning becomes mandatory at a cost of 30 euros per week (this service is no longer included in the rent).
