??REQUIREMENTS:
+ Last Month Rent (paid at the check-in moment).
+ Cleaning Fee (€25, withdrawal of the security deposit amount, in the end of the stay).

? MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for half months (fortnight), regardless of your move-in and move-out date.

? RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document (Passport or EU ID Card) and fiscal number (if the tenant has one).
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the first day of the month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Loud noises are not allowed after 23:00.
