In the room you'll find a comfortable bed ensuring a great night of sleep, a spacious closet, a desk where you can study, read, work, or get creative, and everything you bring to it! Please be advised of the following: - Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. - An additional fee of 200€ per month applies for bookings with 2 occupants. - The rent includes weekly cleaning of the communal areas. - Bills included up to 30 euros, once this amount is exceeded, the extra amount is divided between all tenants and deducted from the deposit. - It may take up to 30 days for the security deposit to be returned after the check-out date.
