The bedroom, living room, and kitchen have large double-glazed windows overlooking the São Jorge Castle. Furthermore, it is close to the starting point of the well-known tram 28 route. The apartment has an excellent location with a variety of services in the area, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and a good public transport network, including a metro station two minutes away on foot. The apartment was built in 2014, located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator and decorated with new furniture and appliances. It is a very comfortable place, with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and coffee machine. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are common areas to be shared. Each room has a door lock, wardrobe, chair, desk and wi-fi. It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment, not allowed to have pets, to have parties and guests sleeping over in the room or apartment.
