For a one-time fee of 55 paid on arrival, you'll receive a full bedding and towel set: a duvet, pillow, two full changes of bed linen bottom sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover, bath mat, two hand towels and two bath towels. Just return everything at the end of your stay. Monthly cleaning of shared area included in price. The water and electricity bills are included up to the amount of 40€ per person/room (if this amount is exceeded, the value is paid by the tenants, divided among the three rooms).
