The kitchen was recently renovated and has everything needed such as kitchenware (cutlery etc) including a dishwasher. The Bathroom is quite big and is provided with a washing machine and dryer. Bedding and towels are included. There is also Wi-Fi internet and a nice sunny balcony that you can enter through the kitchen. Rules: Regular rules apply as living with 3 people. No disturbance to neighbours. Rent is all-in, including Gas, electricity, water , internet and tax. Maximum stay in the apartment is 6 months, but if both parties are happy it could be possible to stay longer.
