The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen with various built-in equipment and accessories (fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water heater, blender, toaster, etc), a small shower room, separate toilet and a separate closet with a washing machine. The balcony can be accessed via the bedroom. There is also a smaller room, which has a desk and office chair and which can be used as a study area (please note this is not intended to be used as an extra bedroom). Lusthofstraat shopping street is within walking distance, Erasmus University is nearby (walking distance; can also be reached by tram or bicycle).
