The house is located in a quiet, safe, and decent area. You can find restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, while Erasmus University can be reached within five minutes of cycling. Moreover, public transport is within walking distance. Please note that you will live together with the landlord. It is expected that you also keep the common areas tidy and clean, while no noise is appreciated. It is not allowed to have sleepovers. Pets and smoking is not allowed.
