In nice house with 2 international students, this is a very wide room for 2 persons (25 sq m), equipped with individual bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe, drawers (1 picture shows the beds with a "couple" arrangement). The flat includes a spacious kitchen with a 4-spot table and a new bathroom. Hi-speed wi-fi & heating are included in the expenses. The room will be free by November 1st and will be rented to 2 people with a one-year student contract. Total monthly rent is therefore: €500+€200 expenses (covering heating, internet, water, tv, general expenses), that is €350 each to be paid to landlord. Utility bills are apart, and are shared with the other 2 tenants of the flat. The house is at 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops and Rivoli Metro Station, from where you get in 5 minutes to Porta Susa train station and Vinzaglio/Politecnico metro Station. Dozens of students of Politecnico have lived there! Neighborhood is safe and full of supermarkets, shops and services. Parking available for bicycles.
