The property is located in a quiet area in the medieval heart of Siena (Restricted Traffic Area), a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table; - KITCHENETTE (separated by a plasterboard wall) with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM (access from the bedroom) with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - RELAXATION AREA located on the upper floor (access via an external staircase from the bedroom) with small sofa and desk. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the stairs to reach the accommodation on the first floor and to reach the relaxation area on the upper level. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings; Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). The property is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, such as Piazza del Campo, considered one of the most beautiful in the world and home to the famous Palio which is held twice a year; the extraordinary Duomo with the Baptistery; the Palazzo Pubblico; the extraordinary Torre del Mangia, from which it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city; the Pinacoteca Nazionale, an extraordinary art gallery. In the surroundings of Siena, it is worth getting lost in the areas of Chianti, Val D’Elsa and Crete Senesi, between gastronomic delicacies and wonderful landscapes. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (7/8 minutes); alternatively, it is possible to take the bus which leaves the station every 5 minutes and reaches the city center in 5 minutes. The station is a 25-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, pay attention as the property is located in the Restricted Traffica Area. It is possible to park for free about 2 km from the property. The closest paid parking is "Il Campo" car park in Porta Tufi, open 24 hours a day, about 300 meters away (2 euros per hour / 35 euros for 1 day / 85 euros for 3 days); the cheaper alternative is the station car park (2 euros per day), from which it is possible to reach Piazza del Campo and our property with a walk of about 20 minutes.
