The 25 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building and features the following: - KITCHENETTE with a snack bar and stools, equipped with an induction hob, mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave; - SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, split air conditioning, TV, and walk-in closet; - BATHROOM with a shower, sink, and toilet with a hand shower.
