The building is historic and the room is on the first floor. The room has a private kitchen and a small shared terrace, as well as a double bed and a sofa bed (the bathroom is shared with only one other room next door and is located in the hallway). There is air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the ad is different from the “tenant protection fee” requested by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid in CASH at check-in. The last month's rent must be paid in CASH at check-in. L'edificio è storico e la camera è presente al primo piano dell'edificio. La camera ha cucina privata in camera e piccolo terrazzino condiviso , oltre ad avere un letto matrimoniale ed un divanetto (il bagno invece è condiviso soltanto con un'altra camera accanto e presente in corridoio) E' presente impianto di condizionatori e wifi veloce La TASSA DI AMMINISTRAZIONE richiesta nell'annuncio è diversa dalla “tassa di protezione dell'inquilino” richiesta da HousingAnywhere. La tassa di amministrazione deve essere pagata al momento del check-in in CONTANTI. l'ultimo mese del soggiorno e deve essere pagato in CONTANTI al check-in. Se questi pagamenti non vengono effettuati al check-in nel modo sopra indicato, le chiavi non verranno consegnate.
