Check-in/out during business hours from Monday to Friday is included in the price. English-language assistance is included in the price. The contract registration fee is included in the price. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Cleaning service with/without towel change available on request for a fee. Check-in/out on weekends, public holidays and late /early hours is not included in the price. For rentals longer than 1 month you need the Italian tax code available with our dedicated paid assistance. REFUND DEPOSIT: upon check-out, the deposit will be returned within 14 days, in case there are no damages and/ or excesses in the use of utilities.
