You can rent this apartment from 1 up to a maximum of 11 months. Il seconda parte del soggiorno vede protagonista l'ampio divano posto di fronte alla televisione. Accanto al sofà si trova la porta finestra che dà sul balcone da cui si vedono i tetti della città; di fianco a questa si trova la porta che conduce allo sgabuzzino, nel quale sono riposte lavatrice e aspirapolvere. Il secondo balconcino si trova invece sul lato opposto, di fianco al tavolo da pranzo. Dalle scale si accede al soppalco in cui si trova il letto matrimoniale.
