This apartment is located near tram and bus stop, various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a beautiful park in front of the building! The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor, no elevator. The flat is composed by one double room and one private room (so max. 3 people in the flat); there is a spacious kitchen with living room area with sofa and tv with a shared balcony and a renovated bathroom. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs. Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This room a private balcony. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30.
