The Broglio Studios lofts are located inside a 4-storey residence building which houses 4 one-bedroom apartments , 2 attics and 2 lofts designed to meet the needs of students, workers and companies. This loft has an entrance onto a large living room with sofa bed and large equipped kitchen, walk-in closet and private bathroom with hairdryer and welcome kit. On the first floor, mezzanine with double bed and wardrobe area. The loft is also equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection, satellite TV and a coin-operated laundry room available to all guests. Weekly cleaning and linen change are included. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Milan Bovisa-Politecnico train station about 5 minutes away on foot. Bus stop n°82 at 10 m. The Broglio complex is 15 km from Linate Airport. For stays of one month only, a local tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”), which is a municipal charge applied to short-term stays.
