    Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the first floor, with two terraces. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, crib, wifi, television, washing machine, hair dryer, hydro-massage shower, air conditioning, and iron and ironing board. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm; Check-out time: by 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175). NB: For the bookings with check-in between February 10th and April 20th, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
