The apartment will be shared with 4 to 5 other roommates. The apartment includes a washing machine that is shared with the tenant of the attic (connected to the apartment). Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment. Detailed description of the payments: -Upon booking: One month rent that includes high-speed fiber optic internet connection (Wi-Fi) and utilities (water, electricity, gas, taxes, periodic cleaning, heating, condo expenses...). -Upon arrival: A refundable deposit, to be returned at departure (adjusted for any potential damages), along with an administrative fee (a one-time charge for the contract's duration, covering insurance, emergency assistance, contract registration costs, condominium, waste tax, and consultations as needed). -During the stay: Every month, the rent is due within the first 5 days of the month.
