THE FLAT Bright and airy, 3rd floor studio flat (20 mq - 215 sq ft.) just off Piazza Santo Spirito. Restored in 2021 and equipped with a queen size pull out sofa, fitted kitchenette, fully furnished. The studio flat is at the 3rd floor with no elevator (that is 4th floor for US scheme), some 60 stairs to go up. Please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with mobility impairments. Main features: - Induction hob - Knives and forks, - Independently controlled heating - Microwave oven - Washing machine - Optical fibre high speed wi-fi connection. LOCATION This studio flat is centrally located in a quiet street just off the lively Piazza Santo Spirito and convenient for shops, bars and restaurants plus all the historic attractions and major schools. The location is excellent: great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, it’s just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattoria’s, banks, post office and public transport (bus/train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat. SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month. Please see breakdown of monthly costs Biweekly studio cleaning: 80 euros Administrative fee (drawing up the lease contract and registering it at the Tax Office) to be paid at check in: 200 euros Final cleaning at checkout: 150 euros CHECK IN Check in is available Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 20:00. Check in outside this hours has a cost of 100 euros and is allowed only in exceptional cases. Please ask at least one week in advance if available.
