Equipped with entrance to a large living area with TV, double sofa bed, double bedroom, dining room with equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, it can accommodate up to 2 guests. Equipped with Air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, towels and bed linens. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
