Able to accommodate up to 3 guests, it has a bedroom with 3 single beds, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, private terrace equipped with table and chairs, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning , linen and towels included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
