Prestigious apartment in a historic Bolognese building from the 15th century. a few steps from the two towers, equipped with a double bedroom, a single room, a kitchen and an elegant lounge with balcony overlooking the Torre degli Asinelli with a double sofa bed. Equipped with wifi and air conditioning, it is located in a central position close to everything. Linen and towels included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
