Composed of entrance to living area with fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed and HD TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed with large wardrobe. Equipped with unlimited Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay.
