Next to the building you will also find the bike sharing rental and plenty of bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc. You are also 1 minute from the main bus station, 10 minutes from piazza Maggiore and the University area on foot. The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens. Monthly rent: 650 € for the single room. All the bills are included in the monthly price (common charges, electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) with a maximum cap of 100 eur/month to avoid waste. With normal and responsible consumption you will not have extra charges. 1 year contract Security deposit (refunded at the end of your stay) 2 months rent.
