The replacement enters into a Tenancy Agreement with LIV Student and provides all necessary documents (and Guarantor if required).
Refunds will only be processed once the replacement has signed the contract, paid, and moved in.
If no replacement is found, you and your Guarantor will remain liable for the full rent.
