Our beautiful Anlitzhof was completed in 2020 and comprises a total of 10 apartments with over 40 beds. It is specially tailored to workers and business travellers and is located directly on the A 57 motorway.Our holiday flat "Loft" offers space for 6 people and consists of the following rooms:Living area:-fully equipped kitchen-dining area-TV3 bedrooms:-with 2 single beds each, wardrobe/chest of drawers, TVBathroom:-with walk-in shower and hairdryerBed linen, towels and WLAN are available free of charge. For stays of more than 14 nights, the flats are cleaned once a week. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. In addition to the single beds, our guests particularly appreciate our laundry room, which is accessible around the clock. This has three washing machines and two dryers for a fair fee.Nothing free? What is platform fees?

Is it Refundable?
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
