There are a lot of supermarkets around which you can buy your groceries. As well there are many different restaurants around (Italian, African, local German etc.) which you can go to.
The apartment itself is located in the first floor reachable via elevator or via stairs.
Regarding parking:
There are some private parking spots which you can rent out. (within the same building as the apartment itself).
