(within the same building as the apartment itself). There is no noise in the apartment or outside. As well all neighbours are very quiet so that is is very convent to live here. This has strongly increased due to the recent war and conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The Prices for gas have significantly increased in Germany in 2022.
