Wohnen auf Zeit / Zwischenmiete ab einer Woche bis ein Jahr inklusive Internet, Strom, Nebenkosten und einer Putzhilfe (eine Stunde pro Woche für Bad Böden). Monatspreis 1.200 Euro, Wochenpreis 450 Euro (Kaution: 1.200 Euro). Die moderne, gerade frisch renovierte Maisonette-Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Mombach. Küche, Wohnzimmer & Bad liegen unten; Schlaf-Bereich & private Terrasse oben. Das Apartment ist 40 Quadratmeter (hidden), voll möbliert, modern ausgestattet und verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Es eignet sich für maximal zwei Personen; nicht für eine Familie. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr und Co. sind komplett vorhanden. Inklusive ist eine Putzhilfe, die einmal pro Woche für eine Stunde Böden und Bad reinigt. Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich wie ein Studio geschnitten - mit Durchgang und Treppe nach oben. Außerdem hat es Fußbodenheizung. Besonders auf der Terrasse direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer lässt es sich gut sitzen, frühstücken oder einfach relaxen. Obwohl die Wohnung im alten Ortskern von Mombach liegt und gut angebunden ist, ist es schön ruhig. Da das Apartment in unserem Haus an einem Privatweg liegt, wo Nachbarn (mit kleinen Kindern) Wand an Wand wohnen, ist mir Rücksicht wichtig. Für "Partyvolk" ist das Apartment ungeeignet. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in Laufnähe. Ein guter Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke (und öffnet auch am Sonntag bis 10:30 Uhr), ebenso ein Metzger und Supermärkte (Penny/Lidl) in 5 min. erreichbar, ebenso wie Banken oder eine Apotheke. In unserer Straße befinden sich viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung gut erreichbar: 5 min. ab der Abfahrt Mombach von der A643, Schiersteiner Brücke. In der Nähe liegt der Bahnhof Mombach, von dem aus man mit dem Zug in drei Minuten am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof und in ca. einer halben Stunde am Frankfurter Flughafen ist. Busse fahren im Fünfminutentakt ab der Ortsverwaltung oder Bahnhof in drei Minuten Laufnähe. Kitchen, living room & bathroom are downstairs; sleeping area & private terrace upstairs. The flat is 40 square metres in size, fully furnished, modernly equipped and has good transport connections. It is suitable for a maximum of two people; not for a family. Towels, bed linen, crockery etc. are provided in full. A cleaner is included who cleans the floors and bathroom once a week for one hour. The flat is unusually laid out like a studio - with a passageway and stairs leading upstairs. It also has underfloor heating. The terrace directly in front of the bedroom is a great place to sit, having breakfast or simply relax. Although the flat is located in the old town centre of Mombach and is well connected, it is nice and quiet. As the flat in our house is on a private road where neighbours live wall to wall, consideration is important to me. The flat is not suitable for "party people". Shops for daily needs are within walking distance. A good bakery is just around the corner (and also opens on Sundays until 10.30 am), a butcher and supermarkets (Penny/Lidl) are 5 minutes away, as are banks and a pharmacy. There are many free car parks in our street. The flat is easily accessible by car: 5 minutes from the Mombach exit of the A643 motorway, Schiersteiner Brücke. Mombach railway station is nearby, from where you can reach Mainz main station in three minutes by train and Frankfurt airport in about half an hour. Buses leave every five minutes from the local administration or the railway station, which is a three-minute walk away.
