It is your second home in the Cologne/Bonn region. Outside your apartment you will meet people who, like you, are staying here. You meet in the communal kitchen and cook together. You can use the shared living room, the roof terrace or the co-working space. Despite the guaranteed privacy, you are not alone and you share our wonderful house with other interesting people who understand you. We have furnished it stylishly for you with lots of love. After all, it should be your second home and the perfect retreat for you. Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by Uber or taxi. The train station is 5 minutes away on foot. From there it goes directly to the ICE train station in Siegburg, to Cologne-Bonn Airport, to Cologne (30 minutes) or Düsseldorf. The tram takes you to the center of Bonn in 23 minutes. The same tram stops at the head offices of Deutsche Post DHL, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Welle and UNESCO along the way. These companies can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. The corresponding tram stop can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. The A59 and the A3 in the direction of the Ruhr area or Frankfurt am Main can be reached in a few minutes by car.When you step out of the house, the banks of the Rhine are only a 1-minute walk away and the entrance to the Siebengebirge is only a 5-minute walk away. The cycle paths along the Rhine invite you to take relaxing bike tours. Königswinter is a "place to be" in terms of local recreation and quality of life on the outskirts of Bonn and Cologne. Various restaurants, cafes and a supermarket are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
